It has been an absolute pleasure to work with CH Web Agency. When we set out to redesign and revamp our website, we issued an RFP that ended up being nationally competitive. While most firms led with their own qualifications and work samples, CH Web's proposal stood out as the only one we received that also went point-by-point through our RFP to thoughtfully address the issues we identified and goals that we had for the redesign and development of our new site. Once their proposal was accepted, Oxana and Joe met with members of our leadership team in person and via Zoom to gain a stronger understanding of our organization, our programs, and our goals for serving our stakeholders through the improved site. They brought an excellent attention to detail to the project, a curiosity about our organization, and a desire to really udnerstand how our stakeholders use our website and where it could be improved. CH Web outlined a well though-out process and timeline that ensured we launched on time, that content was thoroughly reviewed and updated, and that the features we requested performed exactly as we hoped. Post launch, Oxana and Joe have been very timely and helpful in their responses to support requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CH Web Agency to anyone looking to develop their website.

CH Web Agency led us through a total renovation of our nonprofit website. Having only been in my position for a few months when we started, I was very overwhelmed and unsure about the project - but Joe and Oxana organized our work and our conversations and brought a sense of calm and expertise that made working with them a true delight. They did a lot of research behind the scenes to understand our work and our brand. They came to every meeting with an agenda, answered our questions quickly, followed up appropriately, and kept us on track the whole time. They resolved unanticipated problems that we brought to the table with patience, speed, and grace. And our website looks great! I would recommend CH Web to anyone without reservation - they were absolutely wonderful to work with.
