  Hired TechBear for a website and an app, we agreed they will work and be paid per hour, so we did. When COVID started they decided they dump my project and use COVID as an excuse, so they told me they have no tech to work on it and they don't know if they will ever have so "just do whatever you want".At that point I spent over 4500$, nobody will take to decipher their code and continue the work, so basically that was just a waste of money for nothing. Very unprofessional - at least.
