The entire team at Dragonfly was wonderful to work with. In my experience running a small business, it has been very difficult to find organizations that I would truly consider "partners." They always say they want to be a "partner" with my company, but very rarely do they actually treat us like they mean it. Dragonfly has been wonderful to work with. They have been extremely responsive any time we have had an issue, including lots of after-hours problem solving when it was warranted. Their website states "We take the time to understand your business, and think of ourselves as an extension of your team," and I can attest that is absolutely true. I am extremely grateful for their partnership and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Attention! - Big scam!After 3 months of communication back and forth ( with multiple people) , I ended up paying almost $5000 for a website that looks like crap.Had to have a new one built since there is no one to take responsibility for the work they have done. After trying for another 2 months to communicate and “ fix” the website, I finally gave up. They needed more, and more money to “ fix” a simple informative site ( that’s all I wanted)… And since I had already invested so much, it was hard to give up and I kept hoping and paying more and more until they drained my account. Being unable to pay someone else, I had no choice but to try building the website myself. I went to Godaddy and did it! Turned out it was so easy to do - multiple choices of templates! I found one that also allows me to take payments and make appointments online. And I paid $179 for it. Beautiful website! Please save your hard earned money and don’t even make attempts to contact these scammers.This, by the way, is the only bad review I ever left for someone and that should tell you a lot.Good luck!

TJ filmed our wedding at University of Notre dame and did an outstanding job! TJ and his camera man were super friendly and easy to work with from the very beginning of the process. They were extremely professional before hand, checking in with me to confirm times, location, etc (which for many other vendors i was the one reaching out to them, not vise versa!). His work was incredible. Our video is SO clear, has great, clean audio, and amazing editting. I really feel like our day was captured well, and now we can relive it anytime we watch the video.
