We’ve just had our Shopify website redesigned by The Web Design and SEO Company, and honestly, the whole experience has been brilliant. From day one, they kept us in the loop, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel really smooth and stress-free.They added some fantastic new features for us – product subscriptions, abandoned cart functionality to help with sales, and new pages explaining how to use our Miscanthus Bedding for different animals (with a real push on horses, which we love!) They also included the important parts of our old site but gave them a fresh, sales-focused twist, which we feel will make such a difference.When it came to going live, they made sure we knew what was happening at every step, and handing the site over to us couldn’t have been easier.
