I was recommended Alan from on point creations by a friend. And on point is certainly what Alan is. He initially designed my new business logo, Facebook cover page and other images which I was very impressed with. On point then did a full website for me sorting everything from design, domain & hosting. From the initial phone call through to completion Alan kept me updated the whole way through making any changes or tweaks required going above and beyond at a very reasonable price. We’ve just had our Shopify website redesigned by The Web Design and SEO Company, and honestly, the whole experience has been brilliant. From day one, they kept us in the loop, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel really smooth and stress-free.They added some fantastic new features for us – product subscriptions, abandoned cart functionality to help with sales, and new pages explaining how to use our Miscanthus Bedding for different animals (with a real push on horses, which we love!) They also included the important parts of our old site but gave them a fresh, sales-focused twist, which we feel will make such a difference.When it came to going live, they made sure we knew what was happening at every step, and handing the site over to us couldn’t have been easier. A special mention to Will and Boris for building and writing our new site, and thank you to Sue and Will, for our Zoom call with them. It was so helpful. They took the time to walk us through SEO practices and explain things we didn’t fully understand, which really gave us confidence in the choices being made.Thank you all!
