They may be a Professional web design company with certain sites but not on e-commerce sites . but at the end of the day they charge way too much, and didn’t deliver. I worked with Ray Rico Freelance while organizing a fundraising event for my job. The agency created several marketing pieces for the event - social media graphics, flyers, postcard-sized leave behinds, programs, and even "passports." Randall was very communicative over the months that we worked together. Daphne delivered great design that lent legitimacy to the event and generated a lot of excitement. Randall coordinated the printing of all the materials - some things they were able to print in-house, and other things like large foam boards, he printed using a 3rd party vendor. This was extremely helpful because I did not have to search an vet another business to do any of the printing, I simply picked up all the products at the RRF office. Staff was friendly and professional. I am happy to have a graphic design team to keep referring back to as needs arise. Highly recommend!

Great spot in the middle of Midtown Memphis to hood meetings in private. The space has newly updated technology to hold just about any meeting. It is a secure location with security cameras on both the inside and outside of the building. All of that aside, it is an extremely comfortable meeting space with deep couches, flat screen TVs, snacks, and a flavored water dispenser in the fully stocked kitchen. For those needing a place I'm midtown to meet without looking for a coffee shop to have a quiet meeting, this is your place.

I just finished a full website redesign with RocketFuel. They were great to work with. They were very receptive in the initial design phase, and really wanted to ensure that our site was customized to us. They kept us updated throughout the process and we had regular meetings to review where the design was at and to get our feedback. Once the site was ready for content loading, they were extremely helpful in nailing down all of the last minute features that we wanted. I work with software developers on a daily basis, and when I ask for something to be fixed or modified, I almost always get an answer of "well that's just how it works". Not with RocketFuel. I can't remember hearing that once throughout the entire process, and I asked for a lot! Maria was my point of contact for the design process and Patrick for sales - both were awesome to work with.
