My perspective of Ridiculous Engineering comes from having worked from the inside and knowing the key players involved, so I just wanted to provide that caveat up front.I've known the founders, Paul Ramos and Patrizia Marziali, since 2014. The breadth and depth of their industry knowledge is expansive in the domains of both software and systems engineering. They are technology agnostic and have access to a large network of engineers who can professionally, expeditiously and expertly work in multiple stacks. Engineers, including myself WANT to work with them because of their professionalism and reliability as well as the acumen and ethics they bring to the table. On top of it all, their integrity impresses me the most. I worked with them on a project to help stand up a web platform for a design shop based in Burlington, VT and we were able to complete the work in a timely and organized fashion thanks in no small part to their understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as project management organizational skills. They leveraged our engineering skills adeptly and provided us with the necessary skills and direction to make the rest of the execution as snap. I highly recommend their services and though am currently engaged, would enthusiastically work with them again.

Great place to work in overall. There is absolutely no discrimination between experienced and junior profiles. Team is full of high quality developers and experienced project managers to make every project a success. If you actually want to learn then go for Clix they have interesting projects to work on.

It was a year that I worked with these guys as Senior HR!! Left a few days ago. The company is average, however management does an awesome job in hiring people. Cz each and every person I met there had some USP and was great at something. Plus all employees are young, cool and have good and supportive nature. Got a great deal to learn from everyone.1.The management strongly needs to work on their tendency to micromanage things.2.Pay day fluctuations should be improved.3. Employees and especially the Team Leads should be trusted more and should be involved in decision making.4. Developers, testers, IMEs and content writers should be paid decently.5. Pretty TOP HEAVY structure! Management should be trimmed down a bit and decision flow should be equally distributed.Will recommend for Senior Sales roles/Senior BD roles/Digital Marketing/Mobile App Devs/JavaScript Technologies/PC/BA/some new techs they are hiring for.Will not recommend for HR/Admin/Junior Sales roles/Junior BD roles/PHP devs/Wordpress dev/UI Dev/UX/Front End Dev/Testing/Content Writers/IMEs/any decision making roles.Here, I would like to mention that personally, my experience was very good with the management, especially my manager and the work. Hope they strive to make themselves better!! Cheers

Its been 8 months since I have been working here as a content writer. What I like the most about the company is the freedom which the management imparts to its employees. There is no bossing around everyone in the workplace. Writing on a myriad of contents has honed my writing skills greatly and boosted my confidence in writing with a great deal of freedom. The work atmosphere is awesome, and colleagues are extremely friendly and cooperative. Work is fun here.
