This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting. Their technical skills are extremely good and they are transparent about their billing with hourly breakdowns. Definitely a good SEO company.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Very poor communication and I paid them to fix my website and nothing at all was done to it.I had to call them and ask why nothing had been done. At which point I was given excuses. Then when I fired Oscar all of the sudden he wants acces to my website ( which he had for three weeks ) to try to make it look like he did something . If your a small business owner that every pennie counts. Don’t go here
