I worked with webit for 6 years. Cooperation is more suitable for more senior developers who are able to give more accurate estimates and adhere to them. Or oppose the client within the assigned project and seek a compromise. If this aspect of SW development is your weakness, cooperation will be mutually quite frustrating for all parties. I cannot generally recommend webit to junior developers, as they tend to be quite slow in this regard. Otherwise, the company is fine, I had no problems with the human side. The vast majority of my hours were paid and I was expected to do my part. If you are a more experienced developer, you have room to influence a lot of things on your project. If you are a junior, there is a chance that you will be overworked to the point of burning out.

From my own experience, I do not recommend it at all - I paid a deposit of 56% of 8500 CZK for a website audit, I was given a document that must have taken a maximum of 20 minutes with zero informative value, absolutely useless, I did not learn anything new about my website. I received a list of used plugins and the version of WP and WooCommerce - information that I can pull from the admin in 3 minutes myself. The rest were empty phrases and passwords. I asked the mall for a refund, but the management apparently did not approve it...

I definitely do not recommend this company!!!! We had them make an e-shop. We chose this company, but we thought they would at least understand it. The e-shop didn't work for us from the very beginning, the wrong access codes they use for all e-shops. No innovation. We didn't make a single order, on the contrary, this failed project slowed us down by 1.5 years, we should have set it up for foreign customers as well, and it was also not possible to order from there .In the end, we had to make it completely from another company. They responded immediately to the invoices, but as far as the errors were concerned, the marketing worker changed, which completely stopped everything. As compensation, we were offered the sum of CZK 5,000 by Mr. WEBRA, with the fact that he doesn't have any money from it anyway, because he divided it among his programmers. WE WARN EVERYONE who chooses this company. It's a waste of time and money. We also had designs made for boxes that we paid beyond that amount.
