Ackee was founded in 2012 by graduates of the Czech Technical University in Prague. They entered the market with their own application App4Fest which is now used by tens of Czech as well as foreign festivals. Over the past 7 years Ackee has gained the trust and confidence of major companies and institutions such as Škoda Auto, Audi AG, T-Mobile, Equa bank, Ethereum Foundation and the German Bundestag. Aside from development and design of mobile applications, the company also develops web solutions, helps companies digitize their business and focuses on new technologies such as blockchain and augmented reality. In 2016, Ackee opened a new branch in Berlin.
