In my specific situation they had to find solutions to work around the problems and limits that come with a legacy platform. Jignesh’s profile showed he went to MIT in fact it’s Mumbai Institute of Tech but the logo used was the real MIT.When he needs the sale he is very ready to provide service but after I am being told he doesn’t have time for me and I am treated as a low level customer.At the end my custom software still requires some updating and they only provide 30 minute calls which they’re late to and it’s not enough.I am not heard. My needs aren’t being met. I just need more service, please.

Kriyan Infotech is one of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever encountered. As an employee, I expected professionalism and respect — instead, I found a culture full of judgment, gossip, and zero accountability.Most of the male employees don’t focus on work — instead, they spend their time judging the character of female colleagues or gossiping about them behind their backs. It’s not just inappropriate — it’s disturbing. This behavior is normalized across teams, making it a deeply uncomfortable space for women.When these issues are highlighted to HR, they either laugh it off or ignore them completely. And shockingly, even the female CEO indulges in gossip about her own female employees, instead of setting a standard for dignity and respect.There is no seriousness about building a healthy work culture, no proper action taken on complaints, and no safe space for employees to raise concerns.If you're a professional — especially a woman — looking for a respectful and growth-oriented workplace, Kriyan Infotech is not where you’ll find it. I would strongly advise against joining unless serious changes are made at the leadership and cultural level.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
