PPC Review from Elena Nosenko

We brought in Elit-Web to run our PPC. What we wanted was simple enough: a higher average order value and a more engaged audience, on the same budget. They didn't need much hand-holding. Early on they dug into our sales funnel and came back with a handful of hypotheses worth testing. Several of them worked. Our average order value went up, and engagement grew noticeably. What I'd single out is how they communicate. You can always reach someone, the reports are easy to follow, and when something gets technical they explain it without jargon. If you need a performance marketing team you can rely on, I'd recommend them.

The campaigns helped us improve the quality of traffic and generate more relevant inquiries. Overall, the collaboration was smooth and professional, and we would be happy to work with them again.

We hired Elit-web to promote our project in several regional markets where competition was quite aggressive. They took full responsibility for market and niche research, providing us with detailed technical documentation, a well-thought-out backlog, and visualization of user journeys. What I especially liked was their approach to priorities. Elit-web didn't try to cover everything at once. They helped us identify the most important tasks, focusing on our long-term business goals, not just technical indicators. It felt like the team was genuinely interested in the success of our product, and not just closing another task.

RichestSoft was tasked with taking our existing templates, upgrading them to the latest version of our CMS, and deploying them to a staging environment. They also updated the designs for all subsections of the site. The site is fairly generic, consisting of static pages with links from the homepage to product descriptions, case studies, and more. Our team can easily log into the CMS and update case studies without needing a web developer, which has been a huge advantage. Our primary concern was the seamless conversion of our old templates, and RichestSoft handled this flawlessly. They even suggested ideas like making the site multilingual, though we only needed an English version, so it wasn’t necessary in our case.

RichestSoft consistently delivered on a complex and demanding project, handling all tasks with efficiency. Whenever any bugs or issues surfaced on the site, they promptly resolved them. While there have been occasional communication challenges, none of these have affected the high-quality and cost-effective service they provide.

We were so positively surpised and happy about Sigmas services - as usual I might add. It is a pleasure working with their software engineers. After we provided a briefing, the effort estimation came right away. Shortly after the project started we could see first tangible results. The code quality was excellent and comprehensive. Minor feedback was implemented right away. What can I say more: 10 out of 10 points!

Software Development Review from Slava Kostiuk

We initially approached UASOFTDEV with a relatively straightforward request: a WordPress website and a Senior React/Node/Python Developer for backend and API development. What impressed us immediately was how quickly they understood our needs and delivered relevant candidates. We received the first 5 candidates within 60 hours, exactly as promised. The developers were skilled, experienced, and cost-efficient, so we decided to continue working with UASOFTDEV. Later, we returned with a much more complex project: an already-live AI beauty ecosystem combining a Smart Mirror, mobile app, AI skin analyzer, and AR makeup. This required a Senior Flutter Engineer who could join an existing team and work with Flutter, Banuba SDK, Java/native technologies, and a production environment. UASOFTDEV matched us with a senior Flutter engineer within 60 hours. He integrated quickly into our existing team and provided the 24/7 production support we needed. During the 5.5-month engagement, we delivered 10+ major features, shipped 15+ releases across 3 product environments, and launched 2 premium subscription features. What we valued most was the consistency of their approach. Production issues and new feature requests were handled quickly, communication was personal and responsive, and the team remained highly engaged throughout both projects. The fact that we came back to UASOFTDEV with a second, significantly more technically demanding AI/AR project is probably the strongest proof of our satisfaction. They successfully scaled from a simple staffing request to supporting a complex live product without losing the same level of responsiveness, quality, and personal attention.

Dedicated Team Augmentation Review from Leonid Viktorov

I am the CEO of Biz Adviser, a business consulting company. We work with companies on strategic business initiatives, digital transformation, and improving business performance. We partnered with UASOFTDEV when we urgently needed additional engineering capacity. I was looking for proven senior developers and did not have time to spend weeks sourcing candidates and conducting multiple interviews. UASOFTDEV offered to provide vetted Ukrainian developers within 60 hours, which was exactly what we needed. The team provided senior engineers with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. We worked with developers across PHP, Node.js, Python, and React, depending on the project requirements. They were reliable, proactive, and able to understand not only the technical tasks but also the broader business context. The developers contributed to several important initiatives, including the implementation of an AI agent, and helped us move projects forward faster while keeping development costs under control. UASOFTDEV delivered what they promised. The process was straightforward, communication was reliable, and the developers were able to start working quickly without compromising on quality. The pricing was a good fit for our budget, and the overall value for cost was excellent. I also appreciated the cultural fit and the team's ability to communicate effectively and take ownership of their work. I would definitely recommend UASOFTDEV to companies looking for reliable staff augmentation with senior Ukrainian developers. They are a trustworthy partner that can provide strong engineering talent quickly and help businesses deliver important initiatives without the overhead of a lengthy hiring process.
