Amazing organization to work with. The management is highly focused and friendly. The company takes care of every employee’s growth plan; "I start my day with determination and end it with job satisfaction".XDuce is family, where there is more than just an 'employee – employer' relationship.

Please do not use this company. They gave us a shell platform with nothing working. Shop elsewhere. Don't trust nothing they say. They are incompetent and will take a contract with no knowledge of the process and charge high price and deliver nothing

The way of working as Ocktal IT Solution Company is very bad, their sole purpose is to take some way from the customer, they have nothing to do with work, do not try to complete their work from this company. Get another company done by another company

Laid me off with no reason, they won’t stand up for you as MSP, won’t fire the manager who doesn’t show up most of the time but will fire people who show up on time and do their job right. Worse company to work with. Was promised to fined me a different position but never heard from themI worked for more than a year.

Literally one of the worst companies that ever takes any interview. Asks technical questions that are completely irrelevant to the client requirements and are extremely rude and condescending, and also expect you to write coding solutions for their questions under 5 minutes. Next time their recruiters start calling me again, I’m blocking them

NextGenSoft is a very good place to start your career. The team is supportive, the environment is positive, and there are many opportunities to learn and grow. Whether you are a fresher, intern, or employee, you get proper guidance and practical exposure. I have learned a lot here, and my overall experience has been truly appreciable.

Working here feels like joining an elite squad of tech theurgist. The office has just the right mix of productivity and chaos to make every day exciting, like a Silicon Valley sitcom.Management actually listens (shocking, I know), teammates are helpful (and sometimes funny on purpose), and the Wi-Fi almost never dies (miraculous).Whether you're debugging errors or just debugging your life, this place gives you room to grow, experiment, and occasionally break things, in the name of innovation, of course.Highly recommend, unless you’re allergic to fun, food (devil popcorn) or good vibes.

Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my payCheck. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.
