Interviewer asked about my profile and general questions.( No technical questions). And said they will inform me for next round.After 2 days or so i tried connecting recuiter, as expected no response. I did send email to share the feedback of first round of discussion, again- no response.I am not complaining as i have experienced such unprofessional attitude with recruiter earlier as well in other organisations.So this is just a kind request to all HR teams/recuiters. For you person is just a candidate who may or may not be a perfect fit for your requirement, but for a candidate you are a actual 'HUMAN' resource from whom he expects humble genuine response as your response/feedback helps him to improve and fine tune his upcoming career.Again I am requesting to share my proper feedback.
