Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end.After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests.The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.

We use a custom CLI that the team has been able to get accustomed to and we can now run hundreds of automated tests before deploying. Communication has been sufficiently managed over Zoom and Slack. We have a weekly standup at the start of the week and have plenty of dialog over Slack throughout the week. The team sends end of day and end of week summaries which are great to understand and track progress and the team was very quick to onboard and begin testing. They have been incredibly thorough and have proved to be an invaluable part of the QA process.

We compare the service of more than 10 different QA services company, and shortlisted 3 or 4 companies to meet before deciding to go ahead with Hiqality. Deciding factor was their experience, skills, ability to respond fast and cost.For each project, Hiqality QA engineer worked as part of the Agile team. QA engineers took responsibility to qualify QA tools to use together with JIRA, setup QA process with the team, build testing scenarios and plan with the Product Owner, run the different test cases, report bug during the sprint, and work wit the team to get bug prioritised and solved.We were on sprint basis most of the time so the team had to build test case and execute them continuously. Even when the development team were delivering some feature late during the sprint, QA testers would still to their best to test case tested on time. Reporting and process were though JIRA and different QA plugins. Communication were direct between the QA and the PO and software engineers with the team through Slack or conf call as needed.We are impressed with their ability to respond fast and adapt to our project needs. The mindset of build collaboration and partnership on long term during our exchanges. The integration of the QA engineers to be part of our team.Overall we had a great experience working with Hiqality team and their QA engineers.
