Unqualified Interviewers and Unfair Rejection:--------------------------------------------------------------------I recently had an interview experience that left me utterly frustrated and bewildered. Despite putting my best foot forward and performing exceptionally well during the interview, I was rejected by a team that seemed to lack a basic understanding of the technologies they were evaluating candidates for. This experience highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and competence within the interviewing panel. The individuals who interviewed me didn't even have a basic understanding of Spring Boot and the MVC flow. When I attempted to explain these concepts to them, they laughed at me.

If u guys wanted to keep the position on hold, why the hell u took interviews hours together ? To waste candidates time. Work culture is toxic. Manager is egoistic and arrogant who is a non-tech person with zero knowledge of any tech field.Company isn't growing at all. Manager keeps talking about cutting down staff to an extent that only around 20% employees will have their jobs if company doesn't do well. He once even asked us (UI/UX team) to find work for the company as they didn't have any projects. Keeping aside his irrelevancy in a tech company, he can't even get projects. No wonder I once heard someone say "If mass layoff happens, manager will be the first one to go. What does he even do here!"Manager's behavior was extremely rude with me. "He behaves like that with everyone" - that's what HR told me on my last day. He can behave however he wants, professionalism is only applicable to employees. I'm saying this because I once heard he applies sandwich leave rule based on his mood on that day and his relations with that employee! All you have to do to survive in this company is keep satisfying his ego.Company is ISO certified and yet the workflow is so pathetic. Once you finish the design --> manager approves it --> it gets developed --> manager again evaluates the design and ask you to make everything again from scratch! Saying that he never liked the design (yet he approved it!). They have few partners on one of their products. One of them approved the design and 4-5 months later another partner asked to redesign. The reason behind it was developer never made it according to figma. Spacing, font styles, icons or even layout in some of the cases.. everything was compromised. That's the level of shitty management they have.HR policies are also garbage. They once held a 24 hours event on Saturday (day off) and asked everyone to come mandatory and they would cut salary for being absent. They also keep 1 month salary as deposit.They have 3 months probation period policy. HR clearly told me in my interview that they will only continue with me if they are satisfied with my work quality. And manager still had the audacity to ask after 6 months "what have you done for this company? we can totally function without you!"

The company is good, but today I attended a walk-in drive in Indore and faced several issues. Students were made to stand under the scorching sun in extremely high temperatures. They distributed only 20 tokens at a time and then imposed a 30-minute waiting period before issuing the next set of tokens. Due to the large number of participants and this inefficient token system, I didn’t even get a chance to appear for the drive. I had traveled all the way from Bhopal to Indore specifically for this opportunity, but the organizers showed no consideration for the students’ mental and physical well-being. The entire experience was exhausting and disappointing.Do you like this personality?

I had applied for a software testing position, but in the advanced skills test, only one out of five questions was related to software testing. I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.
