We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. The best production team I've ever worked with! Hire them if you get the chance. For context, I worked as an independent still photographer alongside Lauren, Steve, Doug, et al on a fast-paced 3-day shoot at various locations in San Francisco. My recommendation based on my experience with them is to avoid them at all costs. This was hands down the worst service and company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. Multiple mistakes, extreme negligence, poor communication, gaslighting, denial, deflection, *undisclosed iPhone photos being presented as part of the shoot*, and *loss of $600+ worth of product which they never refunded me for.* The price point makes no sense for the level of professionalism and quality they provide. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking otherwise.

They are the worse studio and people to work with. Katherine and Jose are unprofessional, scammers, do not follow their own contracts and thieves. They also do not follow their own deadlines. After stealing my money, they kept all of my samples from the so call “product”photo shoot. If you want nothing but filters on your photos and not clear sharp photos, then they are perfect for your project.
