From seeing the production on the website to getting our production back I am very pleased with the work.Jon, who filmed the event for us was top notch. I coordinated the event from California while the sales reps in the area hosted the event. Jon and I took calls so he could make sure het got everything we needed for this event to be filmed and ensure to ask questions so nothing was missed. Working with David at DirectLine Media was a pleasure. We had to record 2 people for AI avatars and had specific requirements. I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious.Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at.I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing. Films by Farallon was excellent to work with from start to finish.Their communication was clear and timely throughout the pre-production process, and they executed exactly to spec on shoot day. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office.Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. They were flexible and collaborative in thinking through solutions for large file delivery and made the process easy on our end.The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We'd happily work with them again!

Studio Rental: We recently rented Impact Media’s studio space for some client interviews. It was a great space! They had it prepped for us on arrival. They have a great conference/green room right next door so the talent could be comfortable while we set up. Even though it was not the largest space it’s organized and efficient set up and we were able to fit a two camera interview against a solid backdrop.Overall the Impact team was hospitable and constantly checked in if we needed anything. We will be renting this space again in the future!
