I could not be anymore happier with the results given. The communication from the start sold me with making the process very easy and fast. From seeing the production on the website to getting our production back I am very pleased with the work. Jon, who filmed the event for us was top notch. I coordinated the event from California while the sales reps in the area hosted the event. Jon and I took calls so he could make sure het got everything we needed for this event to be filmed and ensure to ask questions so nothing was missed. The sales reps said Jon made the process very seamless and how he made everyone feel comfortable. From making the process easier being in another state, to making the event successful and capturing all moments, I definitely recommend.

Merit Productions is truly top notch. I've used them for severl professional projects over the years as well as a personal photo shoot for my daughter with Scott. Professionally, they deliver outstanding work and always on time. While I am likely not their biggest client based on their online portfolio (like whoa! They do some big name business.), they always make me feel like we are. The studio sessions with Scott are also really amazing and he has always made my daughter feel very comfortable. He has done professional headshots for me as well which turned out better than expected. All around, I would not every hesitate to use them for our future projects.

Frank is a master at his craft. He is a brilliant videographer, is an absolute joy to work with, has top equipment and is devoted to his art He is super level headed, was able to walk through the story we needed to tell our customers. I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing.
