This place may do their job but they are full of crap! They claim all their transcriptionists are in the US but 90% of them are in the India office (the owner is Indian). I have no racial prejudices but when someone is lying to their clients, that is just wrong. SpectraMedi is almost 100% India based. They have a few transcriptionists (just enough to say so) working from the US and their whole software design team and everything else is in a large building in India. Again, while their work may not be bad, the deceit of this company puts them as being far from reproach......
