It was a pleasure working with Rivell on the internet testing automation for our real estate services company. The organization developed a strong system to effectively handle quality assurance (QA) by offering both manual testing and test automation. Thanks to Rivell's proactive and adaptable attitude, the deployment of a new portal was made possible by its smooth integration into our Agile process. The agency's professionalism and level of experience pleased us.

IT Services Review from Hank Sorensen

Our organization hired Rivell developers and a project manager to provide IT services for assisting IAD Florida in locating accommodation. During the project, there was close collaboration between our team and Rivell. Initially, both teams worked together to plan the construction of the product and gather required project data. Subsequently, their team added features to our software. Finally, after successful launch, our client expressed satisfaction with the outcome. This collaboration appears to have been effective in achieving the project's goals.

Web Development Review from Monjed Jado

I had the pleasure of working with Element Media for a custom development service for PNN, a high traffic and secure news website. I must say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their team provided a fully customized CMS that met the unique requirements of our website, and the benefits we received were numerous. Element Media addressed our concerns with website speed and caching, resulting in a faster and more efficient user experience. Additionally, the CMS was optimized for Google Search Results, increasing our website's visibility online. We were particularly impressed with the security features, which prevented DDOS attacks and other system risks from intruders. It provided us with peace of mind knowing that our website is safeguarded and secure. One of the standout features of the CMS was the user interface. It was modern, sleek, and user-friendly, enhancing the overall user experience for our audience. The customization provided by the CMS gave us flexibility in content creation, management, and delivery, allowing us to deliver a high-quality product to our audience. Throughout the project, Element Media demonstrated a high level of expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. They were responsive to our needs and kept us informed throughout the development process. We couldn't have asked for a better partner for our custom development needs.

Web Development Review from Tifiny Swedensky

Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.

Logo Design Review from Alex Adamez

Great service, fast and friendly. They were referred to me by a business colleague. I used their graphic design service to do my logo. I had a design that I created and wanted them to replicate. They also provided several other options for me to consider & compare. The turn-around time for them to complete was fast, just a couple of days. Will definitely have them assist on my web page

I have had an positive experience working with Exaud on expanding and maintaining several software products. Our software consulting technology stack is quite wide, from embedded development to mobile game dev, making it challenging to find the right partner knowledgeable in a number of these areas. The Exaud team is professional, flexible and continues to provide the development expertise we require to fulfill our project needs on time and budget.

We hired WPRiders to design a web form using Gravity Forms to facilitate estimate requests from our customers. They created a custom plugin that uses a Google Calendar API to allow for remotely adjusting availability and rates as well as a Google Maps API for showing customer locations and travel routes. Upon submission, the information is added to a database, sent to us in a customized email, and included in daily reports with basic user info as well as a daily recap of the previous 30 days. Our interaction began with a thorough discovery meeting via Zoom with Marius who provided me with an estimate and timeline. After accepting their estimate, we had a group meeting with Dragos who was the manager for my project. We went over the project requirements in depth and they got to work promptly. They were very efficient and responsive throughout the whole project which was estimated to take 3-4 weeks to complete but was finished in 3 weeks and on budget. I am very happy with the results. They have an extremely knowledgeable and competent team that I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
