- Project Brief: Craft a video campaign that tells a culturally resonant brand story through cinematic visuals and refined humor.
A commercial acts as a cultural bridge connecting a product’s features to the viewer's identity. Fold7 achieves this through “Unquestionably Good Taste,” a cinematic short film that frames 1664 Blanc as a shared truth within the endless debate over personal taste.
Robert Pattinson brings this vision to life by portraying a minimalist, an artist, and a dandy. These distinct personas move through a stylized Parisian apartment, using bold art direction to pivot from traditional beer ads toward high-end lifestyle branding.
The narrative uses sharp interactions to highlight the subjective nature of "good taste." While the characters clash over their preferred aesthetics, the tension only resolves when they reach for the same blue bottle.
By leaning into cultural friction, the agency creates a relatable world where individuality and collective enjoyment coexist. This collaboration with director Brady Corbet ensures the brand stands out like a blue bottle in a sea of green.
