Alma 1938 needed a cohesive digital environment that reflects its craftsmanship and heritage. Their previous multi site structure caused confusion and diluted impact, so the redesign brings everything into one elegant space that feels intentional, organized, and premium from the first interaction.

  • Unified Brand Structure: I like how each division has its own personality while still fitting naturally within the Alma brand. The shifting logo treatments help users understand where they are without feeling disconnected from the parent company.
  • Elevated Visual Experience: The photography and textures give the site a tactile quality that feels true to a materials based luxury brand. I find that the full width visuals and clean compositions create an immersive showroom effect.
  • Tailored Ecommerce Flow: The website adapts purchasing paths based on the needs of each division. I appreciate how the Leather section focuses on samples and data capture while the Shop supports complete transactions. This makes the platform feel more thoughtful and user centered.
