- Project Brief: Create a real estate website that positions Carole Tierney as a trusted Naples luxury property advisor through editorial visuals, community guides, live listings, and focused conversion paths.
A luxury real estate buyer relocating to Naples has the budget and the options, but no easy way to tell which agent actually knows the market. DMR Media built Carole Tierney's website to settle that in the first scroll and cast the client as the hero, with Carole as the guide who already made the same move south.
The hero runs full-bleed Gulf video under a serif headline. "Exceptional Homes, Precisely Marketed" sits over a search bar for address, neighborhood, or city, so the caliber of property reads before a single credential is claimed.
Credentials appear where a visitor would ask "why her," not as a badge wall. 40 years in luxury real estate, $500M in sales, and Coldwell Banker's top-7% International President's Circle land inside the story rather than stacked in a trophy row.
The copy leans into Carole's own move from the Boston area to Naples. She built her name on Massachusetts's South Shore before Florida, so a New England family reading the page sees someone who made the exact move they are weighing.
Community pages read like a local describing the neighborhood, not an MLS blurb. Old Naples, Port Royal, and Aqualane Shores each get their own imagery and a plain take on what sets the address apart, so a buyer learns the map before they shop it.
Each community page doubles as a conversion-focused landing page for paid search. The site launched in September 2026 as the base for Google Search and Performance Max, so the guide that informs an organic reader also catches an ad click.
Search pulls every active Naples listing through live IDX, plus a Massachusetts feed. More than 500 properties load with price, beds, and address, so a serious buyer works real inventory in both of Carole's markets.
Sellers get their own three-step valuation flow. A "What's your property worth" form promises pricing from real comparables and editorial-grade media, set against the automated estimate that leaves money on the table.
Listing pages pair the property with a persistent agent card. Request Info, Call Carole, and Schedule a Showing sit beside an at-a-glance spec panel and similar listings, so the next step is always one click from the photos.
A dedicated New Construction section tracks the modern-coastal product driving the market. Carole's Certified New Homes Specialist standing anchors it, so a buyer chasing new builds sees she covers that lane too.
The design holds a restrained palette of black, white, and cream. A quiet serif and heavy use of full-bleed photography let the homes carry the page, which reads as expensive without a single loud element.
The craft here is restraint in service of trust. The site does what a strong agent does in person, names the client's worry, proves it has the answer, and makes the next move obvious, which is what turns a high-stakes browser into a call.
