- Project Brief: Design a custom luxury real estate website that positions a North County San Diego agent as a family-first guide while keeping the polish of a top-tier brokerage brand.
In a luxury market, buyers pick the agent they trust with their family’s next home, and a real estate website can make that case before the first showing. DMR Media built Alexa Devaney’s site around a family-first story set in a dark, cinematic frame.
Alexa is a Senior Realtor Associate with The Oppenheim Group, serving North County San Diego. The site needed to feel personal while matching the brokerage’s high-end brand.
A full-screen twilight estate video opens the page under the headline “A Family-First Realtor for North County.” Search sits right in the hero, with one-tap chips for Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Fallbrook that jump to live MLS listings.
The palette stays dark and warm. Near-black (#0E0F10) and cream (#EFECE7) carry the page, and The Oppenheim Group’s crimson (#B71F37) is the only accent.
Montserrat runs through every heading and label. Its clean lines give the site the feel of a luxury editorial spread.
Authority comes first in the story. Large figures show 10+ years in real estate, 150+ homes closed, and $30M+ in annual volume, beside a short first-person note from Alexa.
A featured listings carousel follows with photos, prices, and home details. Neighborhood guides then alternate photo and text panels for each of the four North County cities.
The page closes on a personal chapter titled “Raising My Family Here, Too.” A family photo and plain words about school pickup lines and weekend beaches turn local knowledge into trust.
Every section ends on the same button: Let’s Connect. Under the hood, the Next.js build runs live IDX, compliant lead capture, and full accessibility and Fair Housing pages.
