The Florio Team website is built on a clear idea: present a luxury real estate brand in a way that feels approachable for every kind of buyer. The interface opens with strong visual hierarchy, guiding visitors toward property search, team information, and contact options without overwhelming them. Each section reflects the team's focus on Central Florida, with content organized around the audiences they serve most often, including senior clients and luxury homeowners.
The website design brings together several content layers, from neighborhood information and team bios to active listings and client resources. Each area is structured to support a specific stage of the buying or selling process, giving visitors a clear path from initial research to direct contact. The visual style stays consistent across pages, reinforcing the team's brand while keeping the focus on properties and people.
Integrating live listings was a central requirement of the project. To deliver this without compromising the site's polished feel, DMR Media used IDX Broker on a dedicated subdomain. This setup gives visitors a continuous experience while keeping the build compliant with real estate industry rules around MLS data and display.
The interface stays focused on clarity and ease of access. Typography is calm and confident, imagery carries most of the visual weight, and core actions like searching homes or reaching out to the team sit where users expect to find them.
