So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Don't go here if your time is really value to you, because if any girl is waiting in reception for interview then don’t even think to attend interview because they will not hire you they will hire only that girl. managers will also come out of theirs cabin and chit chat with girls but no one will ask about you...company infrastructure is also not good.

We were hesitant to sign up with Complete Small Business Solutions because it would be first true business commitment. However, we are so glad we did! Everyone is genuinely happy & nice to see/hear from us and always happy to help. We mostly talk with Joe, and chat with him at least once a week. He has helped our small business grow in so many different ways. He always has our best interest in mind. He has offered referrals to help get us connected with things we were searching for. He doesn't just help with our books!! He's always so patient guiding me through QuickBooks and never gets frustrated when we make mistakes. He understands our "end goal" and offers suggestions on how to get there. He is always following up and checking in on us. Joe is such a great asset to CSBS! We have used them for years and they have really gone down hill. They will take your money in a heartbeat but refuse to communicate. We signed the POA and was told we would hear back and now we are receiving letters from the IRS and we can’t reach our accountant. 4 voicemails and no call backs. It’s absolutely ridiculous the lack of customer service. We are changing companies after this year because CPA solutions is nothing but a headache.

I hired them for my taxes. They filed late and failed to file an extension. I was charged a penalty. They also failed to file my quarterly payroll returns which i was penalized. I had to call multiple times to try to get this fixed. In the end they did nothing and i was left to deal with the fallout. Unreliable. Hard to reach. Failed to file necessary paperwork and failed to accept any responsiblity. I would not rely on this firm for anything.

I had Northside do my business taxes last year, and I found multiple errors in the filing. This year, they filed an extension on my behalf without asking, and the email they sent to me said that they had filed a return. When I brought this issue to Mr. Wesley's attention, I was told to "just relax" despite the error that was made by their office. No apology was made for the error, or the resulting stress it caused. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
