My experience was the same as the first reviewer. Money provided and then they disappeared. It is a scam.They charge money through a 3rd party (payoneer) and via this practice banks don't seem to honor disputes, despite the advertised refund guarantee because they cite the payoneer terms of service as the disputable transacting party and not Woodbows/Triniter/whatever the same management sets up next.This is a practice financial institutions that care about their clients should clean up with changes to their processes and I also hold Payoneer responsible because they know Woodbows is a fraudulent operator and still keep them on as a client.

I believe this company is trying to scam my business out of money, and are doing the same to others. They also run a company called WoodBows, with the same team and the same address. And it looks like they're behind another company called Sprout-Flowers.After an initial 'consultation call', I decided to move forward and transferred them $699 for a virtual assistant to start working immediately for my business. They failed to deliver the service on time, they agreed to refund my money, and have since stopped responding to me. It has been more than one month since I last heard from them.

And then, it happened - I stumbled upon Ecco Shoes at Town Center, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer.I had walked past that store so many times before, (duh) but never went in until I had a bit of a mishap (aka a fall). Luckily, they were having a huge sale, and I decided to give it a shot. And, oh...that walking shoe fit like a glove! The grip was amazing, and I felt like I was walking on clouds. Plus, the quality is top-notch - made from durable, high-tech leather from Denmark since 1963.What really impressed me, though, was the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.The store itself was bright and organized, with separate sections for men and women.My whole family purchased shoes too and loved them.The built in arch and heel support are amazing! The building is a health hazard. Mold is billowing up from the carpet because of leaking roof, all day long you hear people sneezing from the spores. So what do they do? They blast the A/C to get rid of the smell of mold in the air. ivox won't be there for your long term health conditions, they're not even there when you feel unwell you're expected to make that time up. I recognize 90% of the positive reviews here to be management.

I have the same experiance as the other review. Sent a unit back and never recieved a replacement. Got ahold of Neal Topf the "CEO". He let me know he would find out what was going on and not sure how it got esclated to him, told me he would give a update good or bad. He has ghosted every single one of my calls. Not sure if thats how you properly run a business but seems like less of a headache to just answer the phone than have me call every single day. Would not recomend dealing with this company what so ever.

This call center company is a scam. They handle warranties for Black & Decker. I shipped them my broken AC (Still under the 5-year warranty), which they received 2 months ago, and they refuse to ship me the replacement. The Callzilla call center is useless and will lie to you. They have blocked my number & won't respond to emails. I'll never purchase anything Black & Decker again as the "warranty" is a lie and they will take your property and refuse to replace it.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Overall very happy with the work however there are a few things to know when considering hiring this service:1. They are costly. About twice as much from some of the other companies we got quotes from. We went with them because of all the good reviews for their fast turn around which was essential for us. They did not disappoint.2. I was impressed with their speed. We needed a document translated from Hindi to English in 2 days. They completed it in 1. They were also very fast at responding to my email questions, usually within minutes even in the middle of night.3. They do not seem to have any guarantees for meeting their estimated completion dates. I specifically asked about that at they said that they would offer discounts on the next translation, but did not say they would give refunds.4. Our document had mistakes the first time around. We were lucky because we knew what the document should say, but it took two rounds of edits to fix the mistakes. They were however very prompt at correcting the mistranslations, and even with the edits, still finished before the deadline.If I were ever in a similar situation, I would hire them again.

A very fast, reasonably cheap and accurate service. Though not absolutely perfect, I was surprised by the effort they put into satisfying their customers and hearing their opinion. I got an offer call less than 10min after I submitted the online document and the translation was sent to me the day after for review. I needed an urgent document translation from Spanish to English for the purpose of university qualification. I would always use their service again.
