      As a small law office, we used AnswerFirst for about a year. We opted not to have calls recorded as their system has an irritating "beep" that sounds in the background while customers are on the phone. We thought things were going well. Several months later we signed up for CallRail, which recorded all incoming calls. We began to see a pattern of poorly handled calls. When we shared this information with management, and offered to provide the recording, they said "no thanks." The probems continued. For instance one caller asked if we did simple Wills. The AnswerFirst agent said, "No, we only do Estate Planning." After sharing these simple issues with management nothing changed. We asked if they could give us an adjustment to our bill based on the poorly handled responses. They said "No." We notified them this week we were switching carriers and they acted like they could care less. DO NOT use them as they cannot handle the simplest of calls.

      DONT SHOP HEREWORST SERVICE WE EVER HAD.THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...They nor picking up on calls, we had our phone company test system..The calls ring 7 times and goes to voicemail..We're basically retired we take certain project maybe 12 calls a month 5 weeks and they have not picked up 1 call as of yet..I should have not even hired them they blamed the phone company after that was disproven they blamed me.Like I was not doing my part to forward the calls.They then said we'll if you cannot help diagnose the problem we will cancel you...I can only say it clearly, the call comes in the call goes to you and gets sent back to our voicemail because you failed to pick up...I can only forward the call answering the call is up to you.These other review must be employees doing review for them..Most people with something bad will not bother writing one we take the time to be sure people know what we had to go thru and warn others.

And the person I signed up under, send me the generic email.I sent another email yesterday asking about the platform an upgrading after a few months to business owner. However her response was the generic email again. So I'm attempting 2 things with this message1. Arise how can we make this platform easier and better for all users and hold the team lead responsible for not responding to their agents appropriately and in a timely manner. And ghosting them because they really don't care.2. Team lead if you really want to grow an make the money, take accountability for your downline. Be professional because you have proven nothing an you do nothing. The same way you scam is the same way you will be scammed. And I see my team lead with a whole long list of people that signed up under her. You took all those women for fools. You actually sleep at night? With a heavy weight on your concience,i imagine!@arise let's arise to the occasion and make this platform worthy to have these contracts!       The building is a health hazard. Mold is billowing up from the carpet because of leaking roof, all day long you hear people sneezing from the spores. So what do they do? They blast the A/C to get rid of the smell of mold in the air. ivox won't be there for your long term health conditions, they're not even there when you feel unwell you're expected to make that time up. I recognize 90% of the positive reviews here to be management.

      I have the same experiance as the other review. Sent a unit back and never recieved a replacement. Got ahold of Neal Topf the "CEO". He let me know he would find out what was going on and not sure how it got esclated to him, told me he would give a update good or bad. He has ghosted every single one of my calls. Not sure if thats how you properly run a business but seems like less of a headache to just answer the phone than have me call every single day. Would not recomend dealing with this company what so ever.

      This call center company is a scam. They handle warranties for Black & Decker. I shipped them my broken AC (Still under the 5-year warranty), which they received 2 months ago, and they refuse to ship me the replacement. The Callzilla call center is useless and will lie to you. They have blocked my number & won't respond to emails. I'll never purchase anything Black & Decker again as the "warranty" is a lie and they will take your property and refuse to replace it.
