So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Not bad for taxes. Communication is horrid and nobody knows what’s going on. They act like they do, but they don’t. They prioritize “keeping clients” over quality and trust. Not for nothing but there always seems to be some kind of excuse for why they can’t help me. They should hire more staff instead of putting me down. It causes me more stress. Not good for business solutions if you’re looking for clarity. They could do a lot better if they were more “real” with clients.
