      I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.And when the work is done there are positive results.The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

I have never consented to receive marketing communications from Nice. Furthermore, the emails lack the required unsubscribe option. This is not only frustrating but also a violation of email marketing laws, such as CAN-SPAM in the U.S. and GDPR.
