We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

We were hesitant to sign up with Complete Small Business Solutions because it would be first true business commitment. However, we are so glad we did! Everyone is genuinely happy & nice to see/hear from us and always happy to help. We mostly talk with Joe, and chat with him at least once a week. He has helped our small business grow in so many different ways. He always has our best interest in mind. He has offered referrals to help get us connected with things we were searching for. He doesn't just help with our books!! He's always so patient guiding me through QuickBooks and never gets frustrated when we make mistakes. He understands our "end goal" and offers suggestions on how to get there. He is always following up and checking in on us. Joe is such a great asset to CSBS! Every now and then he chimes in giving us a pat on the back because "there's no boss to do it for us". That brightens our day so much. I could go on & on but overall Joe is a pleasure to work with. 24 reviews (now 25!) and not a single rating below 5 stars. There’s a reason for that. Like many have mentioned Adam and team (shout out to Andrew! 🤓) are absolutely stellar at their profession. They truly treat your business as if it were their own, but their excellent skills are only half of the equation for me. The other is that I’ve never actually *enjoyed* working with tax professionals before. It’s one thing to be excellent at tax code and numbers, it’s another to be excellent humans, and Adam and Andrew are both. And tbh, I think that rises to unicorn status in the tax prep world. You can’t go wrong with Leaf. ⭐️⭐️
