After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis. I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

I'm a restaurant owner and called Fountain City to explore the idea of building a custom app. I left an enquiry on their site and was called back within hours. Anwar then spent over an hour explaining to me the ins and outs of the custom app idea, discussed with me many facets of strategic planning for my business, and gave me a WAY better idea of what was available, what they could offer, and what I actually needed. I was impressed and heartened by the thoroughness, rigor and overall professionalism of this interaction. In a world of half-baked and poorly executed final projects, to receive such care and intensity of focus even on the front end of an interaction was amazing. These guys seem to be hardwired for success.
