Been really impressed with all the work Acebuddy have done for us. They've been brilliant for start to finish of our web build, and very good at aftercare, resolving issues well after they handed the site over to us.In particular their web programming services/software development services have been fantastic - they helped us with API integration for the DesignMyNight table booking tool and built out a tool which allowed us to publish alerts on our website informing customers of private event closures etc. These two changes helped create huge efficiencies, and helped us generate more revenue. Recuiter Rashi Sahu connected me over Linkedin for job opportunity. Online Interview was scheduled for next day. I kept waiting at scheduled time for interview nobody showed up, after 15-20mins i pinged the recuiter over linkedin for which she replied that within next 15 mins they will connect me( i did smell the unprofessionalism).After 15 min online interview started. Interviewer asked about my profile and general questions.( No technical questions). And said they will inform me for next round.After 2 days or so i tried connecting recuiter, as expected no response. I did send email to share the feedback of first round of discussion, again- no response.I am not complaining as i have experienced such unprofessional attitude with recruiter earlier as well in other organisations.So this is just a kind request to all HR teams/recuiters. For you person is just a candidate who may or may not be a perfect fit for your requirement, but for a candidate you are a actual 'HUMAN' resource from whom he expects humble genuine response as your response/feedback helps him to improve and fine tune his upcoming career.Again I am requesting to share my proper feedback. A Deeply Disappointing Experience with Emote Digital / Big Picture GroupI engaged Emote Digital in early 2025 with the urgent goal of generating spa treatment bookings for my business, Hair Spa Melbourne. I was transparent about my financial situation and trusted their team to deliver results. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most damaging experiences of my career.The campaign was poorly managed. Promised deliverables were delayed or not completed, despite me providing all required materials on time. After investing over $15,000, the results were extremely weak: only 37 bookings over 3.5 months, with costs per booking exceeding the treatment price itself. SEO work was incomplete, and key advertising tasks were mishandled. Independent audits I obtained afterward confirmed these failures (70% underperformance).When I raised concerns with management, my feedback was dismissed rather than addressed constructively. Instead of accountability, I faced, legal intimidation, defensiveness and pressure, which was extremely unprofessional.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emote Digital. They failed to deliver on agreed commitments and caused significant financial and emotional stress for my business.
