Design-led BI overhaul a brand-new Figma-designed dashboard that restored executive trust and cut operational costs ~65%. Reenbit handled a full BI and dashboard overhaul for MyRunway over roughly six months of ongoing work. The visual outcome: a brand-new MyRunway Brand Insights dashboard designed in Figma and implemented in Looker Studio, plus a rebuild of our existing Commercial Compass and Brand Insights reports with corrected metric formulas (CTR/CTSR), clean null handling, and proper brand/supplier drill-downs.
