Been really impressed with all the work Acebuddy have done for us. They've been brilliant for start to finish of our web build, and very good at aftercare, resolving issues well after they handed the site over to us.In particular their web programming services/software development services have been fantastic - they helped us with API integration for the DesignMyNight table booking tool and built out a tool which allowed us to publish alerts on our website informing customers of private event closures etc. These two changes helped create huge efficiencies, and helped us generate more revenue. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

We are a company that manufactures and distributes medical equipment throughout the Balkans, and we had a 30-year archive of data (digitized only 5–6 years ago) through which we could not efficiently search and access all the information. The guys installed an internal LLM and connected it to our systems, which drastically reduced the time to information. Their team was very professional and friendly.

Called to speak to someone in IT regarding some of the technologies they have as it seemed as though they had some interesting offerings. I asked a guy (Michael Honore) to hear a bit more and he said "that's great, I'm working" and hung up on me. Perhaps he isn't working too hard as I tried calling the sales number on their website and it was the cell phone number of a former employee who hasn't worked there in a long time. Needless to say he had some not so nice things to say about this "disorganized and unprofessional" company.

I will give a negative 5 if there is an option available!!! They are literally time wasting team and provide all fake information until they get the resume and after that no response and even if you follw-up, they say there are better candidates with low rate and not considered your resume. I think they take the content from the resumes collected and prepare another resume from their pool of resources to submit to customer.. Very very very unprofessional and unethical recruiting team.. they wasted lot of my time and were quiet without saying anything..Do not entertain any of the emails or calls from these guys.
