As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

I hired Legal Jini in November 2021 for trademark registration, and I regret it every single day. Their service is a joke. For the past 3 years, I've been chasing them constantly for updates, and all I got were excuses and zero communication. After all this time, I had to find out myself that my trademark application was rejected. Not once did they bother to inform me, even though it’s their responsibility to keep clients updated. This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people. They’ve wasted years of my life and left me in the dark. If there was an option for Zero star i would have given them.
