Highly highly recommend DRG. Especially if you are a patient driven practice with minimal staff. Our offices are DRG has been really helpful in the running of our two dental offices. They are really thorough and stay on top of our AR to produce the best possible results. We have gone from being incredibly involved in the insurance billing to completely hands off. Just scan and go! With monthly meetings and daily checkins with our team we are able to see how DRG works in the background to produce results from the insurance companies. Basically it has saved our team hours of time to pursue patient led goals and relationships. I was not expecting such a large team to be involved, and we are very happy with them.
