Highly highly recommend DRG. Especially if you are a patient driven practice with minimal staff. Our offices are DRG has been really helpful in the running of our two dental offices. They are really thorough and stay on top of our AR to produce the best possible results. We have gone from being incredibly involved in the insurance billing to completely hands off. Just scan and go! With monthly meetings and daily checkins with our team we are able to see how DRG works in the background to produce results from the insurance companies. Basically it has saved our team hours of time to pursue patient led goals and relationships. I was not expecting such a large team to be involved, and we are very happy with them. Each of their team members knows our team, they excute what they promise and they get the job done in about 3-4 weeks. Any questions or concerns they direct to the team and it is usually resolved within a few days.

We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
