NOW CFO did a great job helping my aunt's nail salon business clean up their books. Their old accountant wasn't using GAAP financials. NOW CFO made our numbers GAAP quickly and gave timely, clean, helpful financial reporting every month. They did such a nice job we kept them in as our long-term, permanent solution on the finance and accounting side.Highly recommended!

We tried hiring a fraction CFO to help clean up finances. Tens of thousands of dollars and 10 months later we were in a worse spot than where we began.We had two separate companies review the work done by Now CFO and both of them said it was the worst set of financials that they’ve ever seen. Despite multiple calls, all the evidence in the world, they were unable to acknowledge they did anything less than perfect work.They are the most expensive, over $200 per hour, for a fractional CFO. Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money and disappointing that we received no help and had to redo almost everything that they did.

Have to use them since they bought Agility Communications. Opened a couple of service tickets only to find they would work them and then not lock or log off the server when they finished. Called and spoke to the service manager who assured me that this would be addressed and not happen again. three weeks later, I opened a ticket and what happens, they work the issue and then just disconnect from the session and not log off. In todays environment of cyber breaches, this is a very important security concern. Since then, I have disabled their account and they have to connect through me. On top of all that, I have received no less than 4 emails this morning asking me to leave a Google review. Well, here's your review.

We have used BlackPoint IT as our IT group for many years. I've had major IT issues as well as just "dumb" things that come up with my computer or computer programs that I need help with...and they are always terrific. They answer calls fast, jump on my computer and get things fixed in no time. With some of the more complicated issues I've had, the job gets escalated up to the next tier of help and is always fixed as fast as possible.
