id8 was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume.Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. I would highly recommend id8 for any graphic design work as they are awesome at creating designs that have a deeper philosophical meaning that will make anyone appreciate the reasonings behind what they create.

I was referred by a good friend and was not disappointed. As a contractor I just started my business with no logo, website or even a business card. Miner creative was able to meet me at my needs and my budget. They helped me really draw out a plan and vision for the company. Last year in 2024 no problem but January 2025 y'all are bad & I mean bad (worse)Received a texted driver on way said he arrived lies I was standing out front never showed up checked his location said he picked me up & I was on my way to my doctor's office I couldn't believe it tried calling him & a busy signal. Another time I was left at my doctor's office saying they had no drivers then on 3/26/25 my appt was at 10:30 tracking her whereabouts she cancelled at 10:00am. I'm changing my medical insurance & I hope I never have to deal with Motivecare ever again. Do Better.

Absolute worst transportation company in the universe! I mean the Absolute worst!! Rides are always re routed and no one ever shows up. I have a standing order for EVERY SINGLE DAY and and 3 times a week the ride is canceled and appointment missed. Supposed to be picked up at 7:50am, that never happens, no one calls or text and I spend the next 2 hours calling back and forth because they say they are re routing and will send a uber or lyft which they never do, they just keep canceling the ride.. Absolute horrible, company should be shut down!

I am constantly receiving emails stating shops are available to me. Tesla is an example. When checking, this shop never appears on the list. Doesn’t matter how quickly I open the email, there hasn’t ever been a Tesla shop shown.Another shop that they send to me is age restricted. But that doesn’t stop the repeated notifications they send offering the assignments. Doesn’t anyone parse these emails before wasting time sending them out to shoppers that they know, from our profiles, are not eligible to accept.Makes one wonder.

Market Force offers rock-bottom secret shopper rates that I was a fool to ever accept. Market Force does not offer mileage compensation. In my sparsely-populated area, the combination of low rates and no mileage makes every secret shop a losing proposition.Some secret shops involved information security checks, and should definitely be handled by trained professionals rather than farmed out to the lowest bidder. It's a bad look for companies to entrust duties for such low rates.The online portal (through which shoppers have to submit all their information) feels like it was made in 2004.Once you successfully complete shops, you will be contacted by a bottom-of-the-barrel call center by someone who barely speaks English, offering you new shops. I opted out of these calls and they called me back anyway.
