Based on my experience, MetCredit isn’t a professional agency — it’s a call center roulette where you hope they don’t land on your number.Save yourself the headache: if they’re handling your account, good luck ever seeing real results.       Seriously this is getting ridiculous, they are sending me letters for a old koodo bill from 2019, which they should know in Alberta it is illegal after 2 years. Funny part I have had multiple collection agencies send me this over the last 5 years. This is getting very old 5 months ago chapter law had it and funny it was only 3000 and now it's 8000. You should be charged. I will once again call a laywer over this and watch it will get sold again. Now leave me alone period you are breaking the laws in Alberta.Clearly Metcredit is 100% a scam they literally jump your debt up by $1500 a month how is that even legal, its not. I have the reports.

Now my credit report says that I owe close to $15000, this was confirmed to be interest by someone at met credit the only time that either myself or my trustee has spoken to an actual person. I have left several voicemails & my trustee has sent paperwork but can’t get through to anyone. Please be careful trusting this agency & report to equifax/transunion if need be.

      I ordered a laptop seemed liked it was too good to be true (turns out it was). It said it would be delivered from the sixth of June to the ninth. When the ninth hit they said that there was a delay. I heard nothing other then that for eight days until they said the order was canceled. I dont understand why this would happen at all unless they were trying to scam me out of money. Witch wouldn't have worked anyway since amazon gives refunds for products that don't arrive. My recommendation is to not use Canada direct unless it's life or death❗️

      I got to work at MSI through friends who recommended me. Trust me i have years of customer service but nothing could’ve prepared me for what would follow after the trainings. At first the trainings were okay then they started to change our trainers (3times). With us being used to our first trainer, the 2 that followed were so angry and rude with us because apparently we “don’t know anything”. We told them how our first trainer trained us and even though they realized it wasn’t our fault they were too far gone to apologize for all the colleagues they had fired on the excuse of them not knowing anything (we were already 2weeks in so you can’t just change everything in a few days). I’m the only one who decided to stay after training because i was actually in need of the job but if i had a choice i would’ve left a few weeks in. The work they say you’ll do in interviews, the hours they promise you, most of it is not accurate. They fired 2 depts when i was still working there and started retraining us on what the ones they let go were doing without a raise! I thought that was the end but they continued adding more things i never agreed to do for the same amount hourly. I was taking and making calls for 2 companies we worked for in my dept (0/10 dept btw). Tracking notes for 2 companies, upselling on every call (mandatory) when they have a whole sales team i don’t understand why. A friend who still works there told me they have added new trainings for those who already work there when the company has a dept that specifically specializes in that ( can’t say it sorry), it’s upsetting to keep on adding things someone never accepted for the same paying rate $17 and expect them to just go along with it. No benefits literally the whole time i worked there. Trainers are so rude to agents and gaslight you for saying the truth. I would never recommend this company unless i want you to suffer honestly. It’s just not worth it, unless you ABSOLUTELY need money. They should be ashamed of how many agents they lose per week because of how they treat them.

      The absolute worst place you could ever work at. Every 5 star review they have on Indeed and other platforms are paid reviews. These people would refuse you to take a day off work for a funeral and you've been with the company for 3 years all because they can't find someone to cover. The atmosphere is extremely toxic and no one wants to work there. A lot of the supervisors are power trippers, and they only promote you based on peer popularity or nepotism. Each departments task is extremely monotonous. Avoid this place at all cost.

      This company is shady and feels like a total scam.They called me out of the blue from an unknown number, didn’t even introduce themselves properly, and immediately asked for my personal address “to verify my identity.” Then they claimed I had four unpaid traffic tickets from past years—but I’ve never received any tickets in the mail.I asked for official documentation by email or mail, and they said they’d send it. They never did.Instead, they kept calling me for days, leaving weird voicemail messages with no details, just asking me to call back. When I finally answered again, they read off dates and a license plate that wasn’t mine. I told them it wasn’t me, and their only response was that I had to go to the City of Toronto to fix it myself. When I asked again for the documents, I eventually received a spammy email with blurry, low-resolution images of tickets and a letter—all of which had the wrong name, wrong address, and wrong license plate.To make things worse, the email they sent came from a no-reply address, so I couldn’t even respond.This company either has completely wrong information or is engaging in unethical, possibly fraudulent practices. I don’t trust them at all. If you get a call from GateStone, be very cautious.
