This company operates like a modern-day sweatshop, exploiting employees with unrealistic expectations, pitiful wages, and a toxic work environment that prioritizes profits over people. The workplace culture is cutthroat and demeaning. Supervisors hover like prison guards, scrutinizing every call and nitpicking minor mistakes. Instead of support, you get constant criticism, with the ever-present threat of write-ups or termination if you don’t meet impossible metrics. Favoritism runs rampant, and HR exists only to protect the company—not the employees. Don’t be fooled by empty promises of "career advancement." Promotions are reserved for management’s favorites, while everyone else is stuck in the same dead-end role. Training is minimal, and turnover is sky-high because people either quit from exhaustion or get fired for not meeting unrealistic expectations. In conclusion, Connexus Resource Group is a call center nightmare—a place where employees are treated like cogs in a machine, worked to the bone, and discarded without a second thought. If you value your mental health, dignity, or fair pay, steer clear. There are better jobs out there—this one isn’t worth the suffering.

      I would avoid working here if you can. I worked here for 5 years, and really hated it. Tried to find other work and was unable to for a long time. I ended up quitting because they were going to demote me after being a Team Lead for about 4.5 years. It was really disappointing and heartbreaking, especially since I loved my team of agents. The first couple of years were good, but after a while it just became unbearable. The last campaign I was on, Solutran, literally sucked the life out of me. My supervisor and my agents were great, but I had to fight for my agents to be treated fairly.The company goes by Connexus Resource Group now, they merged with a few other call centers in 2021. One good thing I can say about the merger was we were finally able to get PTO after not having any paid time off at all. The pay here sucks, I was only making $15.50 for being a team lead, and that was only after 5 years of tenure. Most agents were making around $11.50 to $13. It's very hard to get raises here, so if you want to work here and not be compensated properly this might be the right place for you. Avoid this place, it will only ruin your mental health and cause you more suffering.

They also had a thing on the counter for people to sign up for a chair massage! :) Everyone was in a great mood. Nice building, easy access on the bus route/ handicap accessible parking. all the staff was very friendly.

      Helpside makes it nearly impossible to obtain employer-supplemented healthcare due to their idiosyncratic method of defining a "full-time" employee. Despite averaging over 30 hours per week over a 5 month period, they refused to qualify me because a week-long vacation put me "under 30 hours" during one of my pay periods. They require some absurd number of consecutive weeks working over 30 hours before qualifying, so if you miss a day of work, you reset a 3-month eligibility process. I have been working as a full-time employee for 8 months now with a consistent schedule, but because of an occasional vacation day, I have yet to obtain benefits despite my employer instructing them to provide the benefits that are part of my compensation package.Other employees have been threatened or simply had their coverage canceled for single instances of dropping below the 30 hour mark.If you're an employer promising a benefits package to employees, beware of their inflexible process. If not incurring a legal liability, your employees certainly aren't going to be happy with coverage you supposedly offer.

      While nice people, I never felt my business was appreciated. Despite a hefty bill, I haven’t felt confident with the service I was provided as I have had continuing tax issues that were to be resolved with little to no communication let alone assistance. I had an initial meeting with a cpa who came recommended and was pawned off to an assistant who did help greatly through initial confusion but after the return process was “completed” I feel written off as Ive received more notices from what was to be a resolved tax year. Im sure they do good work as my parents have been satisfied with them but unless they’re handling or see you have substantial finances, you’re nothing to them.

      I wish Launch Leads had more customer reviews so that our team could have had more information to know NOT to sign up with them. Unfortunately, this was the worst investment our company has made...$13,000 and 2 months later (not counting the one month "ramp up" period) and we only received TWO (2) qualified leads. For those interested, they ask you upfront for a $6,500 monthly retainer, $2,000 for a "setup fee" to setup calendars and email/phone scripting and $1,500 to purchase 3,000 leads.We had a nice Client Success partner in Bree, but unfortunately the promises made upfront were never fulfilled. I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out later that this place was caught for fraud as a Ponzi scheme. I really hate to say this about people or a company, but I really mean that. I say this because our team never received sufficient call recordings or reporting to corroborate the work, even after weekly calls where our team pushed for specific information. We were always promised that the "next week will be turned around." They tried replacing our sales rep/caller due to lack of results, but looking back, it just seemed like the inevitable was just being pushed out that ended up costing us more money.Our team was super excited to start a partnership with Launch Leads, but the money lost in this program will never be returned nor recouped w/ revenue from sales which is unfortunate. I'm hoping this review helps other businesses do more due diligence, or require a stipulation for results in their contracts before signing.

      launch leads is to say the least that amazing follow through on getting the connections needed to help expand whatever it is your trying to get out to potential clients/customers. They can take any product your offering to the public and not only get it out to those potential clients, they also take the time to learn the product and the company that distributes it to a point where they would be consideered experts. The management is amazing and very well put together who really care about there employees, which make the employees enjoy working for them and the clients they represent I would only recommend launch leads if you wanted a sure close and ease of mind :)
