Sadly this needs to be said. I generally never write bad reviews for companies but this time I believe it’s needed. I won’t go into detail about my experience but if you read Matthew’s review from 11 months ago he nails it. All I’ll say is that they now have a lack of empathy, support and just general knowledge. They didn’t even know what services we had on the website that they built for us, and charged us an obscene amount of money every time we needed anything, even basic things. Admittedly, like Matthew there were red flags, but we, like him ignored them. And it was costly.This once great company (pixel army) which has now been acquired by Netlynx, is no longer the company we originally were happy to pay $20,000 cad for a custom website back in 2017.At that time I actually gave the company a 5 star review myself. Unfortunately today I need to change that.In our experience, which was great pre acquisition, has been an absolute nightmare since the Netlynx acquisition. They went from a high level customer service company to a company that seems to only care about money.You will see a lot of great reviews for this company in the past, but let me assure you this is no longer who they are. Matthew’s review is spot on and I would also recommend the same, if you are look for a company to build and host your site I would proceed with extreme caution.
