We hired Laughing Samurai to do a refresh of an initial website they built for us a few years prior as well a proposal template design that we could use as a sales tool with new clients. We were looking to improve our overall sales funnel, improve look/feel of the website and qualify new leads with improved copy, visuals and call to actions.We started the project off with a kickoff meeting to understand all of the goals and deliverables in entirety. Once we had the website framework decided, Laughing Samurai moved into website design, copywriting assistance and website development. While the website was being developed, they helped consult on our proposal design and process and create a templated document and design for our sales team to use moving forward that reflected the look of the new website.As for the website and proposal process, we couldn’t be happier right now. The website is pulling in some attention, but most importantly, is a professional site for visitors that have been referred to us to see who they’ll be talking to. The proposals are great, and have saved a ton of time.

I could not exist without my MTM relationship. Neither could I hire someone for the monthly cost, nor could I expect to retain them if they were as good as MTM. This relationship is not just a no-brainer as an outsourced marketing department, they are sincerely concerned about the relationship, which means my sales and presence grow in height, width, and depth. Sure, we have had our hiccups, but this is due to unexpected departures of key personnel, which is the norm today. We adjust and move on, with a continuity plan. Where do I start. First this is a terrible experience and if you need marketing stuff done don’t use them. I should have done my research. They are selling marketing to people saying they can get results. How can they get results if their authority score for their own website is 23 which is crazy low. So they are selling SEO and marketing services and can’t seem to do it for themselves. Also they said they where doing SEO for our website but there was no technical SEO done there was no meta descriptions or anything done so my money was taken when no work was performed.To help clarify this is what an authority ranking is“In the context of SEO and Google ranking, authority refers to a website's perceived trustworthiness and expertise on a specific topic, which influences its ability to rank highly in search engine results. It's a measure of how reliable and authoritative a website is considered to be by search engines like Google”Now I’m out thousands of dollars which makes me feel like we were robbed of money. If you are a business owner please do your research and don't get roped into a company selling stuff that’s not true.
