No working product. No progress. Just lies, stalling, and smoke.My sister and I invested $10,000 into this project, and after years of being strung along—and while my sister was recovering from brain cancer, no less—Jose finally agreed to pay us back in $1,000 monthly installments. He made one partial payment of $505, then vanished. Ghosted us entirely. The only thing he bothered to send after that was an email saying he wasn't obligated to pay us back at all.
