Working with ANML on the Yummly app experience and the Yummly Smart Thermometer (IoT) was an outstanding collaboration. Yummly combined personalized recipe discovery, meal planning, and guided cooking into a highly curated food experience, while the Smart Thermometer extended that ecosystem into connected cooking with real-time temperature tracking and assisted preparation workflows. As Director of UX at Yummly, I worked closely with ANML throughout both initiatives, and they operated almost as a seamless extension of our internal design team. Their work consistently demonstrated excellent design craft, strong product thinking, and a highly collaborative mindset. Beyond delivering high-quality UX and visual design, their contribution helped sharpen and strengthen the overall value proposition of the products by making complex cooking experiences feel approachable, premium, and intuitive for users.

As Anthony Bourdain's partners, we were approached by CNN to create an immersive digital site that would provide a beautiful home for each destination covered by Bourdain's show Parts Unknown. It was a huge task not least because there were already close to 100 destinations to integrate into a usable global site. But also because the site was meant to live up to the beauty and aesthetic of the television program. And it needed to be done in a way that satisfied both our mainstream luxury advertisers (like LandRover, ANA, and more) but also the famously high standards of Bourdain himself. ANML engaged in this 18-month design and build process with outstanding workmanship and creative decision-making. They navigated wildly different and demanding stakeholders. And in the end they built a site that still looks fresh even nearly a decade later. If you want to make lasting work, there is no one else I could recommend more.

Mojo Media did an amazing job building our new website for District AV. We worked with Sara, and she was great from start to finish. From the beginning, she listened to the vision I had for the site, understood our goals, and translated that into a design that was exactly in line with what I was looking for. District AV is a residential technology design and integration company, so it was important that the website felt polished, professional, and aligned with the high-end homes and clients we work with. Mojo did a great job helping us present our services clearly, including lighting control, motorized shades, audio/video, networking, security cameras, smart home control, and support. I've been involved in building a handful of websites in the past, and this was by far the easiest process. Sara was responsive, easy to communicate with, and kept the project moving without making it feel overwhelming. The design was on point from the initial direction I shared, and the final site gave us a much stronger online presence. Since the site is still new, its too early to measure long-term traffic or lead generation results, but the immediate impact is clear. We now have a professional website that better reflects the quality of work we do and gives us a great place to send potential clients, builders, designers, and referral partners.
