Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business.2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.

I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. I would avoid this company at all costs if you ever hope to get your project launched.
