This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity. - in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. In both cases, Dos Mundos responded quickly and fixed the issue. We recommend Dos Mundos to anyone looking for a responsive and capable team to provide an up-to-date website with excellent graphics that appeals to the eye and tells your story well.

I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING). They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand. Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. I am so grateful I found them and grateful to continue to work with them. They are my GO TO!!! And it's female-founded, so that's also a plus in my book!
