This was the first time in 13 years to have our family photos taken. We could not have picked better photographers to photograph our family. Our experience with Lead Origin was nothing short of a nightmare. They came to us with grand promises and high expectations but delivered nothing substantial in return. The account manager was consistently rude and dismissive of our requests, refusing to help with even the simplest inquiries. It quickly became clear that they were more interested in padding their pockets than actually delivering results. After months of minimal to zero service, we managed to get out of their lengthy 1-year contract, which the account manager confirmed was fully closed. Yet, out of nowhere, we were contacted by a collection agency representing Lead Origin, threatening us with legal action to pay for services that were never provided. Their unprofessionalism and greed are staggering. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Lead Origin’s only goal is to separate you from your hard-earned money while offering nothing in return.
